The food that you eat has an important role in improving the quality of your yoga practice both on and off the mat. This is why we should be mindful of the dietary choices we make on daily basis.
Being an instructor at an yoga retreat, I am not only preparing yoga classes but also taking into consideration other factors that will make the retreat experience even more beneficial for those who participate. And one of these is of course diet.
