Crunchy hazelnut spread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of hazelnuts, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 2/3 cup of raw cacao powder
- ½ cup of organic coconut oil
- 3 tbsp of honey (or maple syrup)
Instructions:
Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind until reaching a coarse mixture consistency. Add the salt, coconut oil, cacao powder and honey and blend to combine.
Place in a jar and store in a refrigerator for up to two weeks.
