HATHA FLOW YOGA CLASS STARING SOON IN SURREY, GREATER LONDON.
Looking to bring some balance into your busy everyday life? Yoga offers an opportunity to relax and improve your sense of well-being on both physical and mental level.
I am very pleased to share with you that I am currently in the process of setting up a new yoga class in Surrey area – Epsom and Ewell (two venue locations available).
My teaching will incorporate asana practice, pranayama and relaxation with modification and progression options to suit individual abilities.
The Hatha flow class aims to help you connect with your body and mind and bring awareness to the breath, while working on improving strength, flexibility and balance.
I would like to ensure that the chosen day, time and location for the new yoga class will work well for all of those wishing to attend. Therefore if interested, please feel free to contact me either directly or by leaving a comment below, specifying the day of the week and time that are most suitable for you as well as any other questions you may have.

The food that you eat has an important role in improving the quality of your yoga practice both on and off the mat. This is why we should be mindful of the dietary choices we make on daily basis.
Being an instructor at an yoga retreat, I am not only preparing yoga classes but also taking into consideration other factors that will make the retreat experience even more beneficial for those who participate. And one of these is of course diet. Luckily I have teamed up with the wonderful Lucia Yoga Retreats, who have ensured that the choice and quality of food ingredients used to prepare their daily meals is the best.

Morning Yoga Routine To Awaken and Energize
Yoga practice is great at any time of the day, but I do love to begin each new day with an energizing routine to help awaken the body and mind.
The above video is a routine that you can try at the start of your day too. It is not guided so you may wish to watch it once first to get a feel of the postures (asanas) involved.
The practice begins with a few rounds of sun salutations to warm up the body and increase the heart rate, before moving on to the main asana part.
It was my intention originally to add narration, however I am currently experiencing some microphone issues! Since it’s the first ever yoga video I have made any feedback will be more than welcome. Please feel free to comment below. If you would really prefer some narration over the video then let me know, and I’ll find away to resolve the microphone issue. 🙂
