5–Minute Guided Meditation
This is a nice 5-minute meditation session that you can do alongside your usual Yoga practice as well as at the end of the day to unwind and relax.
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed, and a comfortable position either sitting cross-legged with a separate cushion under your rear, ensuring that your back is straight, or laying down on your back with the palms facing up. Feel free to keep your eyes slightly open, or to gently close them to allow for full concentration.

A Brief History of Yoga
It’s believed Yoga originated in India 5,000 or more years ago. In the early 1920s archaeologists discovered the so-called Indus civilization – one of the largest ancient civilizations.
In some of the big cities such as Mohenjo Daro and Harappa, depictions engraved on soapstone seals that strongly resemble yogi-like figures were found. Many of the findings show a number of similarities between that civilization and the later Hindus society and culture.
