Ustrasana (Camel pose) . A wonderful heart-opening #asana that helps to boost #energy. Beneficial for the digestive and reproductive systems. It loosens up the vertebrae and stimulates the the spinal nerves, relieving backache, rounded back and drooping shoulders leading to improved posture. Stretches the quadriceps, chest, abdominals and neck. Helps in the regulation of the thyroid gland. Quick and easy to make dark chocolate banana bites. A healthy homemade treat that tastes like ice-cream 💛 Ingredients: two ripe bananas, ¾ cup of dark chocolate (70% plain or flavored – I used a mix of plain and mint dark chocolate), 1 tbsp of coconut oil. To make one batch cut up the bananas into thin slices, arrange on a baking sheet and place in freezer for 30 mins. Place the coconut oil in a pan over low heat until melted, then add the chocolate and stir until smooth. Use a small spoon to cover and evenly spread the mixture onto each banana slice. Place back on the sheet and freeze for an hour. Store in freezer and thaw for a few minutes prior to eating.
