Instagram Delights

Be aware of your thoughts and feelings. There is strong link between them and the external world. The way you feel and think will affect the way your life unfolds.
Currently my favourite homemade treat during the hot summer days. Banana, peanut butter and (sugar free) dark chocolate ice-cream. Simple ingredients with nothing extra added nor needed. Perfect just the way it is 😍. You can also just cut up and freeze a banana then cover in melted dark chocolate and let it set. Another yummy option . Finally, I’m also loving ripe bananas in the fridge. Grap on the go , a filling and refreshing snack when you need some energy and cooling off. β˜€οΈβ„οΈ
Opening to the skies and bowing to the earth 🌍 Outdoor practice feels great 😊
Don’t forget to spend more time in nature . There is nothing more healing and therapeutic than being surrounded by greenery, while taking in the fresh air. Go to your local park, or even better if you are able to venture out of the city into the rural countryside , into the wild forests and cherish every moment. Let nature remind you where you come from and where you truly belong :) πŸŒΏβ˜˜οΈπŸ’š We need to teach our children to appreciate and respect nature as the future lies in their hands and they will be responsible for the fate of the natural world which in turn helps support the whole humanity.
