Delicious and sugar-free vegan chocolate made with carob. A perfect sweet treat , that is caffeine-free and could be a great one to try this upcoming Easter 😊
Spring is officially here 😊🌸🌷💐 Enjoy looking at and smelling all the blossoms during this time. Spend more time closer to nature and cherish this beautiful season 💛 Next week’s yoga session will continue to focus on the theme of Balance . So much more to explore and to practice - physically , mentally and energetically . What does balance mean to you? And are there areas in your life you could bring in more balance ? The answer is always simple and so are the solutions . Just like in nature we can find balance by being in tune with the internal and external world. My favourite example of balance is currently the one between Control and Surrender . We can do our best according to what’s in our control but let go when it’s not. 🙏💛#balance #yoga #londonyoga #wellbeing #health #nature #spring #blossom #yogapractice #yogalove
Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing). Translated from Sanskrit nadi means ‘channel’, ‘stream’ or ‘flow’ and shodhana - ‘to cleanse or purify’. This breathing practice has numerous benefits some of which include: • activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce anxiety and stress • enhances and supports the respiratory system • stimulates both hemispheres of the brain helping to restore balance between mental and physical functions, and emotions. To read more about the benefits of Nadi shodhana and how to practice visit the link on my profile 😊💛
