Caffeinated / Green Tea Bags (soaked in warm water and chilled in refrigerator for a few minutes). Place over eyelids for 10-15 minutes
Stay Hydrated : aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water and other fluids a day. A good option in addition to water is chamomile tea which has anti-inflammatory properties
Egg Whites : using a piece of cotton or a brush dipped in the egg white mixture spread over eyelids and leave on to dry (for about 15 minutes).

Cucumbers : chill in refrigerator and cut into thick slices. Place over eyelids and leave for up to 10 minutes

Cold Spoons : keep spoons in freezer for 10-15 mins then place the rounded portion of one against one eye and hold until it becomes warm. Repeat the same on the other eye

Cotton Balls Soaked in Cold (full fat) Milk : place over eyes for 10-15 minutes
Reduce Salt Intake
Eat a Balanced Diet with Plenty of Vegetables and Fruits
Allow Eyes to Rest After Prolonged Use of Computer or Other Electronic Devices. Take regular breaks (5-10 minutes break every hour or so)
Limit Alcohol Intake (especially at night)
